Have you tried the sauna?
Have you ever tried going into a sauna? If you did, did you like it? I recently joined a new gym that contains a sauna at every location and I love it! It may be too much for people so it is always better off to start at a slow pace at five minutes and then gradually increasing your time. The sauna actually has its benefits after you have finished your daily workout (which I hope you are sticking to).
Here are a few benefits:
1. An increase of your sweating in the sauna means more time flushing the toxins in your body that you have collected through the day
2. Some may say that sitting in a sauna is a person's way of cheating their weight loss journey. It means that its the easiest way to burn calories with minimal effort.
3. Being in a sauna can help increase your immune system. It produces white blood cells, which are what fight against infections.
4. The sauna helps muscle recovery as well. It's always best to be in a sauna after a good workout to relieve the tension that is built up. Blood flow increases through strained muscles and the heat from the sauna helps relax them.
I will continue to go to the sauna because I feel so relaxed after that I can still continue on with my day. Hope you enjoyed the blog and I hope this motivates you to try the sauna out. Remember, you don't need to stay in for long, you can start at your own pace.
