Dark Chocolate Covered Bananas
Here is a quick and healthy alternative to a dessert!
What you need:
1-2 bananas
2 oz almonds
12 oz dark chocolate
1 pot
1 glass bowl
Parchment or wax paper
1 pan
2 forks
Directions:
1. Cut bananas to bite size
2. Place wax paper on pan
3. Place cut bananas on wax paper
4. Pour chocolate chip into glass bowl
5. Place glass bowl on boiling hot water in the pot
6. Mix chocolate chips until melted then lower heat (just enough to keep the chocolate melted)
7. Use the 2 forks to cover each banana in chocolate then place back onto pan
8. (OPTIONAL) sprinkle almonds or any topping you would like
9. Place back into freezer for 30 min and you can now portion out what you would like. ENJOY!
P.S. keep in freezer after portioned out
